Celebrating 2020 Graduates!

Local school districts would love your help in celebrating all 2020 graduates!

Unfortunately, this year’s graduates are missing the traditional pomp and circumstance and many other senior celebrations that culminate  years of education.  School districts want to go all out to recognize and honor the 2020 graduates by rallying community businesses and organizations to show their support.

The community is encouraged to continue the celebration; a “different type” of graduation will be held June 5 and 6. See video here.

Below are a few ways to show your support:

  • Make a posters, banners, or signs saying:  “Congratulations 2020 Graduates!” Place them in a window or outside your home, store, or place of business. (If you or your business has a relationship with a high school, use the name of the high school/mascot in your message.) Please ensure that signage does not impede and vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
  • Post “Congratulations 2020 Graduates!” on all of your social media outlets.
  • Tie a big ribbon of a school color around a tree, flag pole, or post.
  • Write “Congrats Seniors 2020!” on your car window.
  • “Deliver Good Wishes” by decorating mail boxes with ribbons of any color

You have the opportunity to lift the spirits of 2020 high school graduates.
