Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The Architectural Change Committee (or “ACC”) of the Creek Hollow Home Owners Association is a committee comprised of your neighbors who volunteer to review and approve/deny proposed improvements such as new roofing, fences, and other structural changes to your home or yard. In accordance with the Deed Restrictions that are part of our HOA Covenants, home owners must submit approval request forms prior to the start of certain home improvement projects.

ARC Form

Please login to your account on the SpectrumAM website (www.spectrumam.com). Once you have logged in, using the “For Homeowners” drop down, select “Property Improvement Request Form” and complete the form online. The SpectrumAM coordinator will route this to the ACC committee for approval. You should receive the response within 14 days of submission.

As each of us bought our property in Creek Hollow, we agreed by our signatures to abide by the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (a.k.a CCRs or Deed Restrictions). The Deed Restrictions protect our property values by keeping Creek Hollow a highly desirable place to live. ARC (Architectural Review Committee) approval must be obtained prior to the start of your project. To avoid delay, please fill out the form completely. Incomplete requests will be returned for additional information. Incorrect information or changes made after approval invalidates approval. The ARC tries to assure that all changes to our properties conform to the appropriate Deed Restrictions. Thank you.
