Association Payment Options

SpectrumAM offers multiple payment options: Pay Online – Once you have registered your homeowner account, you will be able to make payments online. Simply visit www.SpectrumAM.com to log into your homeowner account/portal. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. To pay with a debit/credit card, our third-party processor accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is a small convenience fee if you choose to pay by debit/credit card and a fee for each e-check/ACH payment. Pay by Phone – To pay by phone using a debit/credit card, call 1-877-342-6233. Agents are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay by Mail – Check or money order payments can be mailed to SpectrumAM; checks and money orders should be made payable to Creek Hollow (Richardson) Homeowners’ Association and mailed to Spectrum Association Management, P.O. Box 299008, Lewisville, TX 75029.
