Each year, the Board of Directors meets to review the financial health of the association, plan for upcoming expenses and projects, evaluate savings plans, and approve the budget and assessment amount. The Board reviews this information carefully since the budget has such an impact on our neighbors, and the appearance and maintenance of the community.
After consideration of the economic environment and our financial position, the Board has made the difficult, yet necessary, decision to increase the assessment amount for the upcoming year. This is a notice to inform you that the annual homeowner dues (assessments) will increase approximately 10% beginning January 1, 2025. The semi-annual dues are increasing to $222.50 per cycle (due January 1 and July 1) which is $445.00 per year.

SpectrumAM offers multiple payment options:
Pay Online – Once you have registered your homeowner account, you will be able to make payments online. Simply visit www.SpectrumAM.com to log into your homeowner account/portal. To pay with a debit/credit card, our third-party processor accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The third-party processor does charge a small convenience fee if you choose to pay by debit/credit card and a fee for each e-check/ACH payment.
Pay by Phone – To pay by phone using a debit/credit card, call 1-877-342-6233. Agents are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Pay by Mail – Check or money order payments can be mailed to SpectrumAM; checks and money orders should be made payable to Creek Hollow (Richardson) Homeowners’ Association and mailed to Creek Hollow (Richardson) Homeowner’s Association, Inc, P.O. Box 299008, Lewisville, TX 75029. Please include the portion of the statement that includes your account number with your payment.
