The Creek Hollow Estates Board of Directors is made up of your neighbors who volunteer to serve for a two year term to represent the community.
Responsibilities – The primary role of the board is to conduct the business of the association. Reviewing the budget, enforcing policies and making decisions for the greater good of the community. Our Management company handles most of the administrative work, so Board members won’t be spending hours licking stamps, reconciling budgets or reviewing contracts.
Community Volunteers – any adult Creek Hollow resident can serve on our neighborhood board. Creek Hollow has a board of 5 neighbors, and it takes 3 board members to pass any vote that comes up.
Prerequisites and Requirements – None. Don’t worry if you have never served on an HOA board before or think you aren’t qualified. No one on the board carries the bulk of the burden, so you will have a team, and a great manager, to assist in all areas. This is a great opportunity for every homeowner to learn more about how our HOA works.
Time Commitment – Attendance at a monthly board meeting, and attention/response to emails is desired. Additional, optional meetings (bi-annual leadership workshop) or appointments may come up (meet with landscaper, Christmas decorations, etc.) but not everyone from the board needs to attend. Attendance at community events is encouraged.
Board meetings are open to all Creek Hollow residents. See our home page for Board meeting dates.
