The Creek Hollow entrances are all lit and we are so excited to see the cheerful holiday lights. We want to wish all our neighbors a very Happy Holiday Season.
We also want to call your attention to a couple of new items added to our HOA Documents page.
- The majority of our homeowner dues go toward the maintenance and care of our common areas. We have added a copy of our Landscape Map so you can see the common areas that are part of our neighborhood.
- Homeowner Work Orders is a new feature we have added with our Management Company, Spectrum Association Management. This allows our homeowners to use either the SpectrumAM website or App to report issues in our HOA common areas. We appreciate your help in identifying these issues so we can more quickly get them corrected.
