Located in the “panhandle” of East Richardson, Creek Hollow Estates consists of 576 single family homes built between 1996 and 2002. Surrounded by paved multi-use paths and shady mature trees, and within walking distance of Stinson Elementary, Creek Hollow Park and Breckinridge Park, Creek Hollow is a lovely place to call home. We are in the City of Richardson, Collin County, and Plano Independent School District.
Creek Hollow Estates is managed by Spectrum Association Management (SpectrumAM). Homeowner dues are $404.80/year, paid biannually.
We encourage residents to get involved in our community by volunteering on a committee: Crime Watch, Social, Landscape, Architectural, or Communications.
